1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8k8app5 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 8k8app5, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before processing any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID.

4. User Conduct

By using the 8k8app5 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating with other players.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8k8app5 staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8k8app5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Debit card deposits may be accepted subject to availability and your issuing bank's policies.
• 8k8app5 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted on the 8k8app5 Platform.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform's cashier page.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 8k8app5 account holder.
• 8k8app5 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any deposits made in error must be reported to 8k8app5 support immediately. 8k8app5 is not liable for funds deposited to incorrect accounts due to user error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

8k8app5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8k8app5 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify its applicable wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• 8k8app5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies to clear bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in each offer. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

7. Games & Fairness

8k8app5 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the Platform:

• All applicable games on 8k8app5 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 8k8app5 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided.

8k8app5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8app5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8k8app5 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Termination

8k8app5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 8k8app5 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8k8app5 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8k8app5 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

8k8app5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
